e-Heart & Health Scan Centre is the brainchild and collaborative effort of a group of passionate medical experts from both Penang, Malaysia and Medan, Indonesia.

With its strategic location in the newest bustling hubbub of e-Gate, touted as Penang's premier business location, e-Heart & Health Scan Centre overlooks the panoramic Penang coastline and the Penang Bridge.

It is only 8 minutes away from the Penang International Airport, Penang Free Trade Zone and Penang's Multimedia Supercorridor providing easy and quick access for many visitors. It is located within easy access to the Jelutong Expressway which connects directly to Georgetown, the heart of Penang, in about 10 minutes.

e-Heart & Health Scan Centre is the first independent one-stop healthcare centre in Penang, Malaysia to be equipped with a 64-slice Toshiba Aquillion scanner, the latest technology in computerized tomography which accurately detects diseases of the heart, lung, brain and other internal organs.

Officially opened on 8 November 2005 by YB Dato' Dr. Teng Hock Nan, representing the Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Koh Tsu Koon, it is a healthcare centre with a difference - it is the first paper-less health diagnostic centre in the Northern region equipped with innovative scanner technology and helmed by the region's medical experts.
